We often provide social housing units, either to rent or on a shared ownership sale, as an integrated part of our developments and work closely with our Social Housing partners to deliver efficient, cost effective homes. Our approach is based on a partnership attitude and by working in collaboration with our partners, we seek to deliver high quality homes, to meet identified needs.
