About Us

What We Do

At Woodall Homes, we uphold a set of key values which represents the essence of who we really are: Excellence & Quality, Customer Care & Reliability, Efficiency & Sustainability, Safety.

Excellence & Quality

Every Woodall Home has a first-class specification throughout, delivered by our passion for creating desirable homes that our customers can be proud of. We maintain a strong belief in good workmanship, with customer satisfaction driving our company forward.

Quality is one of our core corporate values seen in everything we do from design and construction, through to completion and handover.

Our approach to homebuilding will ensure your new home exceeds all your expectations.

Customer Care & Reliability

Buying a new home is a hugely important decision, so we strive to be trustworthy and dependable in all that we do. Woodall Homes is here to support you every step of the way, making the buying experience as easy and stress free as possible.

Our sales and customer service staff are here to support you through every stage of buying and moving into your new Woodall Home, from the purchase process through to handover and the NHBC ‘Buildmark Warranty’.

Efficiency & Sustainability

Construction activities often consume significant quantities of finite natural resources. At Woodall Homes, we endeavour to reduce the environmental impact and waste associated with our work, whilst developing more efficient homes.

We strive to achieve sustainability in all aspects of our business, with the aim to deliver well designed schemes which encourage the formation of safe and pleasant communities.

Every member of the Woodall team has a professional and personal responsibility to protect the safety and health of our employees, contractors, customers, and the communities which we operate in.

We endeavour to create the safest possible working environment and foster continuous training and development with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

External health and safety inspections are carried out on all our sites by qualified professionals to ensure safe practices are being maintained at all times.

We always listen to our customers to better understand how they live in and use their homes. By better understanding how people live, our approach to the design and delivery of our new homes ensures that we satisfy our customers’ demands and aspirations.

Unlike other housebuilders, we give you more of what you need, all included in the price. We work closely with a range of first-class suppliers to ensure that everything that goes into your new home is of high-class specification.

National House Building Council (NHBC) warranty and Consumer Code for Home Builders

At Woodall Homes, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the superior specification we deliver across our developments. In addition, all our homes are sold with industry recognised warranties.

In the unlikely event that something does occur, the comprehensive National House Building Council (NHBC) warranty will cover any structural or other serious defects arising.

As a proud member of the National House Building Council (NHBC), all of our work is checked and passed according to the NHBC regulations, which gives our customers the peace of mind that our work is of the highest standard.

Every Woodall home benefits from the NHBC 10-year Buildmark Warranty. Under warranty, Woodall Homes (for the first two years) and the NHBC (during years three to 10 following completion) have defined responsibilities regarding material defects.

We’re proud to be compliant with the Consumer Code for Home Builders. The Consumer Code for Home Builders applies to buyers who ‘reserve to buy’ a new home built by a home builder under the insurance protection of one of the supporting Home Warranty Bodies and sets good practice requirements that all home builders must meet.

The purpose of the Code is to ensure that our home buyers are treated fairly, know what service levels to expect, are given reliable information upon which to make their decisions and know how to access speedy and low-cost dispute resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied.

Land Opportunities

We understand that selling land is a complicated process, and it is crucial that you work with the right people to achieve the best possible outcome.

Our excellent local knowledge is second to none, and we have a strong track record of working in partnership with landowners to maximise returns. We are committed to working alongside landowners and local authorities to create feasible development opportunities.

We have extensive expertise in land acquisition and development, so if you own a piece of land or property that you think may be suitable for development and would like to discuss your options, Woodall Homes is interested in hearing from you.

Irrespective of size and location, our experienced planners and land buyers would be happy to discuss your land with you confidentially.
