Furthermore, our latest development ‘The Croft’ at Calow has reservations on 12 of the 16 ‘for market’ homes on the development. There are now only four bungalows left for sale on this development.

Woodall Homes is pleased to announce that we have recently submitted a detailed planning application for 34 homes on a new site in Chesterfield town centre. We hope the site will deliver a range of 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom flats.
